I got hooked on real estate with the first home I ever bought in 1988. I chose a career in real estate because I simply enjoy meeting people, and love the whole process of buying and selling a home!  I still recall the utter fear when buying my first home and the great experience I had when working with my Realtor®.

I specialize in Residential real estate working with Buyers, Sellers and Investors.  I am a Landlord and have enjoyed the whole process of tending to my tenants and mentoring my investors in all areas of real estate investment. I am skilled in working with divorcing couples,  as well as Seniors looking to downsize.                .

Prior to starting my career in Real Estate, I stayed home to raise my children, volunteered on the school Parent Council, and ran my own small business.   .

I am currently a volunteer at Meals on Wheels through Community Support Services and my local church.

I have been in Sales my whole life. A large portion of that has been in the corporate world of automotive manufacturing. Negotiating with large car companies all over the world allowed me to gain great negotiating skills. I fell in love with real estate when I bought my first income property and became a landlord years ago. I have a large family and totally understand the changing needs of home ownership. My life experiences allow me to coach all of my clients; from first time buyers to seniors looking to downsize.

To ensure that I am able to give my clients the fullest and most satisfying buying or selling experience, I continually hone my skills. I have acquired my ABR (accredited buyer representative) and my SRES (senior real estate specialist). I have lived in the Waterloo region for years and plan to stay here permanently. In my free time I love to golf, travel, and take in an occasional play. I am passionate about what I do and my clients benefit greatly from that.

The common thread that has been a constant in my professional life has been providing a high level of customer service to my clients. I brought those skills to my Real Estate business and I strive to always provide that high quality of service to all my clients.

I am a people oriented person and words that have been used to describe me is enthusiastic, fun loving, trusting and persuasive. I aim to make the real estate experience fun and as stress free as possible for everyone involved. I believe in the win-win!

I am passionate about first time home buyers and helping single women buyers achieve their real estate dreams. There is something very rewarding about sharing the joy of a sale or purchase with my clients. I consistently increase my knowledge and skills and I’m blessed to be part of a team and a brokerage that promotes education and self-improvement to better serve my clients.

I volunteer at my local church, and I love spending my free time with my husband, golfing, travelling and quiet times doing Sudoku puzzles. I also speak fluent French!

I worked in Information Technology for years and customer service has always been part of my professional life before transitioning to real estate. .

One of my greatest joys in life is helping people turn their dreams into reality.  I had a very rewarding career working in the social service sector for more than 20 years and had the privilege of assisting people to achieve more than they thought possible.

 Throughout my years of being a team leader with Community Living Guelph-Wellington, volunteering at my church and helping others with their home decorating needs, I became aware of how important developing and fostering relationships is to me. Also, I realized how much personal satisfaction I feel when I help others achieve their goals. After a very fulling career of over 20 years, I felt that it was time for a change.  With an educational background as a Real Estate Law Clerk, experience building two homes for my family and recently purchasing and renovating investment properties, acquiring my Realtor registration seemed like the natural choice.

My number one priority is my clients needs and concerns.  I will be available to them and work with their best interests in mind in every situation.  I take pride in helping friends and families find the homes of their dreams.
